TV down in lincoln?

Hi,

Just watching TV and both tivo boxes went off and get a WO2 or could be W02 error.
The one in the frontroom and the back bedroom.

Just tried to reboot the back bedroom one and it stuck on Starting up.

The box has got a blue light on the right side

Re: TV down in lincoln?

They could save themselves some of the grief simply by updating the service status page. Or is that too simple?

Is this the same issue as the one causing Sky Broadband problems as well , it says an electrical fire and seems the same area.

Re: TV down in lincoln?

All 3 services (TV/BB/phone) came back around 10:30 last night, only live 2 miles from Davies Road in West Bridgford, Nottingham (see BBC article http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england...03;re-28172400) so went to have a look yesterday afternoon. Nobody around so looked into the now large hole and everything seemed connected again and a new manhole in place. Guess they will be filling the hole today as a lot of wires/technology exposed!
