Ye I am, seems to have started since Wednesday evening when I noticed it on the Barca game. Sky Sports 2 SD is fine it is only on HD2. I have recorded a segment and it breaks up every 10 seconds on that as well, so it is coming from Virgin.

Any one spoken to them about it at all?

I just rang them and they have 'escalated'.

I noticed it during the Barca game - it's been off and on ever since. Audio skips/repeats every 5-10 seconds.

We are aware of the fault, ref 1710798. This has been raised as a Priority 1 outage.

This can be tracked on the status page as poor sound on your VM tv service.

I had this as well, I had to watch Arsenal v Liverpool in standard definition in the end.:rolleyes:

Slightly off topic but has anyone seen any problems recently on C5 HD with audio being out of sync with the video , could just be a satellite issue I was just wondering if anyone had noticed it on cable.

Yes, I think it's a 5HD problem at source. I've seen it occassionally on VM

Some of these problems with Sky channels are looking like Skys fault read this

glad to see it wasn't just me with sound problems thought i was going crazy as when i watched Arsenal v Liverpoool on Sky HD box it was fine. was thinking about geting rid of Sky now as i just upgraded to Sky Sports & Movies on Tivo but not to sure now.

Faults can happen on any platform. We/FES found a faulty piece of equipment and replaced it.

Anyone getting jerky pictures on SS HD 2 now ? Rugby is on.
