I have been going to Zumba for nearly a year now.

The music is great and really gets you going. It's like a mix of exercise meets salsa meets a fusion of music from around the world.
It is great fun and really gets you going.

I know I'd love it. Exercise and fun :)

Unfortunately it seems to be all female classes round here and I'd feel like the proverbial spare at the wedding. :(

Yep I do it on the ps3, two fourty five hard sessions a day. Would never ever consider going to an actual class though.....
