To be frank having breastfed,I can't see how 15 women can produce enough milk to feed that many adults...portions will be tiny.

IIRC the breast milk is just a small component of the finished product. Mind you, rumour has it that there are plans to recruit lactating females and erect a large milking shed right behind the premises if this goes well... :D

Ah well it's just a gimmick which will soon fade..I frankly think the women should be providing their excess milk for their local premature baby unit..

They did when I was breastfeeding back in the 80s..the midwives helped organise it locally.It helped out mothers who were unable to provide enough milk for their premature babies or were too ill to feed their babies..Not that baby milk for prems isn't any good it just is nice if they can get the real thing.

It is commonplace, and in fact it's highly desirable in every SCBU. It's not uncommon for them to put out appeals for the milk bank in the same way as the national blood transfusion service does.
