Catch Up & On Demand
Hi
In the last few days on Catch Up & On Demand TV there has been a blanking of picture and sound of a few seconds at a time on the watched programme - it happened a few times Thursday evening but has worsened since. Anyone else getting this problem? (I have reported it to VM but awaiting their answer) |

I have checked everything including cables, all normal channels are perfect, just the On Demand - it is happening to both of my boxes, one V+ box and one standard box

FYI - last night it seemed to have worsened, most On Demand & Catch-Up is now unwatchable although normal channels are fine (SNR for them is between 29 to 32) :(

checked and we have no known issues from your RHE. Call faults and they will book a tech for you.

Sounds similar, catchup freezing, sometimes it gets going again, sometimes a goes to "unavailable" and 1095 code.
RM14 area. Last couple of times, catchup has been having problems. |

Will do if it happens again, it says if It keeps happening, well so far, it's 2 out of 2, not worth jumping on 1 screwup, as it could well be a temporary glitch.

tech came, checked everything and all was ok. As he checked my 2nd box we left the 1st one showing 'South Park' on demand and no problems. He reckoned that if it happens again it could be a network problem as all the readings on my 2 boxes were ok regards |
