If you have been a subscriber for many years, what equipment have you been using to receive the channels that you have been paying for?

Just make sure the Starview is plugged in and set up in full view when the engineer comes round to replace the SA box

I take it you were on the lowest tv pack and the StarView gave you full access to everything? Sports & Movies too.

Well, that party is over... you will have to pay like everyone else I'm afraid..The StarView will be next to useless very soon! :p:

How long has the SA box been unplugged for?

It's a power supply fault, I had it in my Samsung box, disconnect all your illegal shiz and get a tech booked in. Are you on XL? If not, upgrade to XL and then once you have your box replaced, order your V+ box and then you can have the V+ for £75 as long as you keep your other box for multiroom for £5 a month

Why are you so concerned? If you are a Virgin Media subscriber and your equipment doesn't work, Virgin Media will come and fix it.

I don't think that Virgin Media send a big heavy round to kneecap you because they now know you have been stealing their service.

No - on VIP you do not pay the V+ installation charge but you will probably have to pay the standard installation charge of £35.
