No TV channels at all
 

Nothing! Not even radio! Unlpugged Samsung box but gives ld 30 code and then stops loading. The 151 faults line is "busy, please call back later".
I am in HD5 area. Is it just me or has somebody tripped over the cable at Virgin and pulled the plug out?

Same in HG3. Picture went blank although the EPG is still working. Rebooted the box, now at LD30.

And LS4...my girlfriend tells me it's stuck reading Ld30. Glad to know it's not just us.

Edit: I'm told it's back on now for us too, just as I posted.

same in south yorks. ld30 code and no channels. help lines have gone from 'technical difficulties' message, to now only getting dead tone when we phone. Status page on web also not available.

Even the status website collapsed, as did the status line... must have been a big one!

Well we were ok until 12.20 am..then it went off..Rebooted but it's got stuck..So I guess they can't sort it and it's spreading.

Email is down nationally,TV is down nationally so I'm wondering how long before the BB is down too.

Phone is OK though..
