Stargate Universe: Season 1
I couldn't see a thread for the US timeline.
Yesterdays episode was certainly an improvement on the previous ones. It is pretty confusing at first though. Can't wait to see what happens next week... I hope it's a 2 parter and manage to sort it out. |
Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
It confused me alot to start with :)

Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
idk, does it really need a conclusion? He sends the keyno(sp?) back and they go to the planet while it's daytime, get the venom and cure everyone ...sorted
If they keep rehashing the events that occured in this weeks ep it's going get real boring |
Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
i thought it was silly to go through without the space suits.

Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
Well as a whole it seems like its picking up slightly. The action really needs to pick up soon, and they keep finishing eps in the middle of a story and then begin a new story next ep. Thats the only thing that is annoying me a bit.

Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
Well there must be some sort of twist then because they killed a few main characters in that episode.

Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
i'm a massive sg fan but i am finding universe a bit hard going ,i know it's early days but it realy needs to pick up a bit
if all we're going to see is the same characters every week without any input from new characters and enemies then i don't think the show will last |

Everyone else on the planet was dead, from the creatures. Everyone on the ship was going to die, from the water disease. Scott knew the only thing he could do was record another message, one which was straight to the point, & send it through the Gate after the flare caused it to loop back on itself. He recorded the message, waited for the flare to affect the Gate, & threw the Kino back in time... leading to timeline no. 3, in which they simply go back to the planet during the daytime, grab some creatures, & cure the disease. To have continued it in a second episode would I think have stretched it out unnecessarily long. |

Episode 10:
Good episode, and some interesting plot developments :) |
Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1
Yup.
I wasn't expecting Young to leave Rush behind like that! Although obviously he'll rejoin the ship somehow... This week's US ep was the mid-season finale. SG:U won't be back now until some point next year... |
Re: Stargate Universe: Season 1

I will probably start watching it again, but Stargate Universe just isn't as exciting as it could be.

Same here martyh. I was disappointed, spent 2hours watching well...a bunch of people arguing. The alien race wasn't featured enough, and seemed they were just there for a bit of scare-mongering.
