Noisy sex woman loses appeal bid

Quote:

A woman who was banned from making loud noises during sex has lost an appeal against her conviction....."We are in no doubt whatsoever about the level of noise that can be heard in neighbouring properties, in the street and in the back lane.

"It certainly was intrusive and constituted a statutory nuisance. It was clearly of a very disturbing nature and it was also compounded by the duration - this was not a one-off, it went on for hours at a time.

"It is further compounded by the frequency of the episode, virtually every night." .........
"The noise sounds like they are both in considerable pain. I cannot describe the noise. I have never ever heard anything like it."

The court heard Sunderland City Council recorded levels of up 47 decibels.

I asked my wife to moan during sxx so we got going as you do, so she said the ceiling needs painting and there are cobwebs everywhere and as for the light shade, I'll get me coat :dozey:

Where i used to live we had a case like this where a couple would leave their window open and u could hear the woman screaming and moaning and the police were there many times it was so funny because it was so loud u could hear it across the road even.

The way to make them moan is to tell her you was actually trying to pick up her mate :D

My wife is the noisiest woman I've ever known in bed. Her flipping snoring drives me daft. :(

That was my problem until I found out I had sleep apnea - it can be treated :)

You slept with my wife and chucked her when you found out you had sleep apnea.

I followed your thread about sleep apnea, I didn't contribute because I hadn't heard of it - Very educational this forum. No she's not got that, it tends to be fairly noisy but with Rhythm . The Rhythm only changes when I'm about to fall asleep.

"it can be treated"

With one of these?

Interesting to note again the large discretion the ECHR (and thus the Human Rights Act) affords judges when considering things like right to privacy - in this case overridden by the clear right of everyone else not to have to tune in to Radio Orgasm every night.

Well, according to your chart, 47dB is less noise than a conversation. How is that ridiculously loud?

I feel for the neighbours and passers by.
I had noisy neighbours ( there is a thread on cf somewhere)

They would have start having sex at about 00:30 /00:45 and be at it for an hour or so., screaming and banging..

Really annoyed me....made me look bad infront of mrs grandmaster :D

plus the weekend partys till 5-6 in the morning...

On a serious note It can make your life really miserable..

Why is it that when you read stories in the papers on this kind of subject the persons involved, nearly always, are..... shall we say......mingers.

Do ugly people have better sex?

Either way, it's not a mental image I want to deal with.
