No Email access this morning?
 
Morning,

Tried to log in to my email this morning for it to tell me that my username/password is wrong? It's 100% correct as ive got my browser to save my passwords.

Anyone else having email login problems?

Not working here either, and neither is V Stuff, not that I use it but just noticed from the main Virgin Media Portal Page.

mine has not been working since 31st july ...just called tech again today there still working on it ,im on virginmedia.com....

Still working fine in RG41 - even though the status report suggests that customers nationnaly might not be able to log in to their web mail or My Virgin Media.

You may have suffered a loss of email but in Telford we had no supply of Broadband from 09.10 until 14.15 Saturday 8th August and this is the fourth time in 3 weeks we have been off-line. Pity those who have need of their computer for urgent needs.

A lowish cost ADSL line alongside the cable DSL service is a good precaution to assure urgent needs.

That is a good idea and you can always use a USB dongle from any mobile phone supplier or your mobile phone if it has internet access.

Yeh but having to Pay BT £11 per month line rental plus your ADSL supplier costs doesn't seem like a low cost precaution.

Like Muldova said, a cheap mobile dongle should suffice in an emergency. Whats the cheapest at the moment, a fiver?

I've found my @ntlworld.com email to be very flaky for several weeks now. I have several email addresses and at least one of them, and regularly all, will timeout before having retrieved mail from the POP3 servers!

£5 a month on virgin but a 3 pay as you go one would do for emergencies
