The people that come to this forum to complain about traffic shaping and threatening to leave because they can't download 50GB a day at 10mbps need to realise that VM don't want them as customers.

They will also soon realise that there isn't a better deal elsewhere for high volume users.

Once they comprehend this maybe they will understand why they aren't gonna get what they want.

STM doesnt bother heavy downloades, they'll just que things up for later.

I think you'll find its the "average" users complaining about STM.

Mainly down to the fact that if they dare use what they pay for once in a while they get classed as an "abuser"

There are threads full of high users threatening to leave but few ever seem to go. I wish they would then it would be better for the rest of us.

Many talk about Be*. If they all went there, perhaps they would find that Be* would have the same problems when they all try to log on to the internet at once. However marvellous the custmomer service, it can't do anthing about the system overloaded. If you drive in a city at 8.30am or 5pm, do you then try to get a refund on your car tax because of the delays, or demand a discount on your fuel bill because of the extra used in the traffic jams?
