I've just set one up, if anyone's interested.

CF Premiership :D

code is 690783-119745

If anyone does bother entering, try and choose a team name that resembles your username on here, so everyone knows who's who.

Paul 05-08-2007 22:23

Re: Fantasy Footie

I don't mind joining the one you created, but my team name will not be Paul M .....

pedantic 05-08-2007 22:44

Re: Fantasy Footie

I don't suppose it will matter, as long as people let us know their team in this thread.

Looking at the league I've set up, there is an entry for the name of the team and who the manager is, so it shouldn't be too difficult to identify who's who. BTW some people are not too keen on divulging personal data, you can always make a bogus name up, when you sign up. I have :D

Welcome aboard :tu:

And to Paul M and (I think) his missus. Hopefully, we can get a few more to sign up.

:bump:

It's not too late to get your teams in for the CF Premiership. :D

There's been a moderate response so far, but we could do with a few more, to make things interesting. ;)

Good stuff Chris. :)

I wouldn't bother too much about your lack of knowledge about football, as long as you understand figures. ;)

I'll leave it to the person involved to post who they are (presuming they are a member here), I deliberately left names off my post as some people like their privacy. :)

Well whoever it is they are a football genius for getting that many points and winning by such a big margin :D

We should definately do it again next season, it was good fun :tu:

If anyones intrested there is a fantasy football game on the UEFA website for the European championships this summer. Should be a real test as you need knowledge outside of the premiership to pick a good team.

Re: Fantasy Footie

I've lost 52 quid with my dismal showing this season.... Had a bet of winner of the week takes £2 and overall winner takes £20 with a good mate.

Now its double or quits for CL final.... COOOOOMEEEEEEE ONNNNNNNNNNNNNN CHEELSSEEEEEEEAAAAAA!!!!
