Re: Virtual Truck program
the cd wont work with vista, uninstall anything put on by the cd you dont need it if you are using ethernet
|
Re: Virtual Truck program
i thought i had removed everything (i had first tryed to install the disc and use the USB connection)
how do i know which files need removing? |
Re: Virtual Truck program
is anything listed in add/remove programs?
check msconfig tosee what is starting upand untick the box |
Re: Virtual Truck program
theres nothing in add and remove programs and on msconfig it will not allow me to untick the one that says "rebooter application" this is the only abnormal start up program i havent seen before. im not use to using windows vista this is my first time.
every time i untick press apply it re ticks the box automaticly |
Re: Virtual Truck program
From my computer, navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete the vtagent icon
That seems to be the common answer for Vista.. |
Re: Virtual Truck program
i dont have C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup and delete the vtagent icon as a directory
the folders on my C: : DELL doctemp Downloads Drivers Program Files Users Windows im compleatly lost i cannot find the "all users" or "start menu" folder this is windows vista home basic |
Re: Virtual Truck program
Try c:\users\...
Best bet is to use the Modem by Ethernet if you can. |
