dtv medic when it works sends info back to VM with levels of the box its a health check i think in the future they will ask the customer to run the check and compare the results before they send a service tec out

Re: DTV / STB Medic

Well no posts here for about four years so is this facility useable yet?

I'm suffering from low signal levels on several channels and had hoped this might give me some insight before I call Customer Service.

I have tried PIN 9223 as suggested here and 3229 as suggested on the Digital Spy Forum but to no avail. It appears that the PIN cannot begin with a zero but, other than that, I'm none the wiser.

And every time you run it, it sends us the results ;)

Regardless of what it says, you should just call.
