ntl already has its own dirty bomb judging by the amount of XXXX dropped on me by customer services in the past (and that all my tv channels are currently, according to the mini guide, showing some programme call recess!) :) ps. just a joke decent cs staff out there

I had that yesterday - the channel info had very little to do with the channel on display.

Default response of "reboot" fixed it.
