I don't know if you've seen it yet but this is a very entertaining read.

yeah, been reading that...in an non-obsessive way!

...some nasty people out there! esp about that guy and his dog! :(

Dude111 20-10-2009 07:16

Heh this thread should have an NWS tag :D

Quite interesting.... For a site that says "Grouphugs" its amazing seeing some of the comments made.

Whilst I appreciate that YOU obviously find this facinating, the fact that nobody else has discussed it since 2004(!) shoul surely suggest to you that you are in the minority.

Will you please STOP bumping ancient threads.

I had never read that thread before :)

Is it against T&C to go back through the database Rob? if they were not to be read and perhaps added to why are they kept ;)

I'm not going to get into a lengthy discussion over this with you zing, please don't try to draw me on it - you know the rules as well as anybody else, all of the rules that is.

Re: Group Hugs

Is it really in the rules though Rob?

I'm going to go and read them now...

Re: Group Hugs

The T&Cs also request that users don't publically question a mod's decision - if you have any issues about what a mod or admin has done then please do it via PM, thanks.

[Mod Edit (Rob M): Discussion of Moderating decisions removed]

Anywho, the site mentioned in the first post is pretty cool! :) (I don't think i was even a member when this was posted, so i definitely missed it).
Actually, thinking more about it i do believe i've seen it before.
Another good site, to lift your hopes that is is www.givesmehope.com :)

Re: Group Hugs

There will not be any more public discussion about a moderator's actions, use the PM facility for that and no more friendly warnings will be given.

Any communications to reach us all should go to team @cableforum.co.uk

That site seems pretty similar to www.fmylife.com which can be pretty entertaining at times.

This thread is now closed. Please read the sites terms of use - the section which states:

We may, for content management purposes, close a thread. This would usually be because the discussion in the thread is not moving along, users are not covering new points, or that the discussion is going around in circles. We would also consider whether the discussion is interesting or motivates participation in the context of the forum subject matter.
