QVC Active
A new QVC ACTIVE is on ntl: . you enter it by , hitting interactive, select shopping, then QVC. however the new service doesnt work for me, and i cant move around the screen. does it work for anyone else?
|
Re: QVC Active
Sorry to be so unhelpful, but why would you want it to work? :disturbd: I've never yet met anyone who's bought anything off a TV shopping channel.
Of course, I'll happily check it out for you when I get home this evening and see if it works on my TV. :) |
Re: QVC Active
Thanks, well my mother is very into all these today special value and home decoratin things

Re: QVC Active
You're right Towny, that was an unhelpful reply..... I don't really understand why anyone wanted the BB5 Interactive, but I wouldn't question why they do....
QVC is one of the biggest money making cable channels there is, it's very popular. I've bought a couple of things from there too.... |
Re: QVC Active
Shame on you Chris ........ feel the pecking of Orangebirds beak ...... Now back into the box with you :)

Re: QVC Active
Works for me - 'Todays Special Value! - Motorised Coin Sorter only £18.73! !'
A motorised coin sorter? The banks dont even use those, right?! I cant believe what i saw once, they were selling some mp3 player and they were showing how 'fast' it could transfer files, only thing is the music files were SHORTCUTS! :td: |
Re: QVC Active
It works for me now, but its very slow
|
Re: QVC Active
I'm assuming this is Langley only, since it's not happening on Bromley.....
|
Re: QVC Active
it isnt press red...you have to select interactive, then shopping, then QVC. check if it works
|
Re: QVC Active

Re: QVC Active
Nope, nothing, just the usual 'TV Internet' menu on Bromley.
|
Re: QVC Active
yeah , select TV internet, then choose shopping
|
Re: QVC Active
i tried the qvc service, and it didn't work. the page didn't load up properly and you couldn't select anything. but my box didn't die, so that was alright. maybe qvc are "testing" before they fully launch an etv application on ntl...
:) |
Re: QVC Active
Well it didn't work awfully well for me either. Couldn't navigate, fortunately I was able to exit :)
|
Re: QVC Active

|
