as this applys to me, and im sure to others i thought i would post this.

according to a survery done by a mental health charity, the top rated way of getting rid of a 'low mood' is to talk to someone.

women think it helps, 83% polled agreed.

but only 68% of men think it helps.

very very true.......... hmmmm maybe we should all stop spending so much time on here and spend time with our partners......we would be; happier, thinner, have less pain, feel less stressed.......;);)
