Just had my flu jab done. Felt a bit crappy the day after with the usual sore arm but all cleared up within 48 hours. I will get the Covid one later on. My wife's work's are getting theirs done in November.

Yes done that already and they're starting to come round again.... However the cricket world cup has started so thats the next 6 weeks sorted :)

Over 80lb weight loss in 17 weeks

I got clothes all the way down medium just got a ways to go before the next lot start to fit. Not buying anything new till I have lost a few more stone
