It doesn't work like that. Blackburn and Preston are totally unrelated as far as the VM network goes.

It's all down to the way the original cable franchises were carved up. Blackburn got lumped with Manchester; Preston with Liverpool.

Thanks for info bud,didn't know that thought Blackburn was on same network as Preston.Looks like we have a bit of a wait then :(
