They are still in talks with UK Broadcasters over launching Ginx TV in the UK.

BBC ALBA will launch tomorrow on Virgin Channel 188 but only in Scottish areas of Virgin Media.

Scottish areas means if you have STV on Channel 103 you will get BBC Alba.

Aw cool. Niche market I know, but of interest to me and probably to football fans in Scotland as they do coverage of matches from the 1st Division and the odd SPL match as well.

Random fact of the day. My cousin is the commenatator for the matches. :D

That wouldn't surprise me given what Virgin Media's chief financial officer Eamonn O'Hare said less than a month ago when he said: "[Sky Atlantic] is not a must have and it is not a must not have. It is not something sitting on our immediate priority board." Therefore, given that VM don't see it as a priority then it is unlikely that Sky Atlantic will appear on VM any time soon.

Was lucky enough to watch the first 3 episodes of Game of Thrones on Sky Atlantic.
What a fantastic series - would def pay extra for just that series.
