Maybe Flyboy will make an appearance when he sees us all having a laugh about Jody McIntyre, all we need now is for the Gilmore fool to be jailed and we can all have really good laugh.

only to claim that the system is all wrong because a copper was cleared ,the same system that finds them guilty when warranted,no doubt we should have 2 systems, one for guilty cops and one so innocent cops can be found guilty anyway

The 20-year-old said he would appeal against the "shockingly poor" findings.

"Any person with any ounce of logic or morality in their brain would be able to quite easily that the best way to move a disabled person is not by pushing them out of their wheelchair," Mr McIntyre said.
Maybe the best way to move them is tell them a riot is going on at the top of a building nearby and watch them leap out the chair and bound up several flights of stairs. It seemed to work for Mr McIntyre a few weeks prior to this incident... :erm:

Perhaps he's been struck down by SDS (selective disability syndrome) the debilitating effects of which only manifest themselves in the proximity of the police...... :D

And now young Charlie Gilmour will be able to read all about what the Cenotaph is and why swinging on one of the flags is a bad idea for the next 16 months.

He blamed his actions on the after effects of an LSD trip plus taking valium and alcohol. Surely trying to blame drugs, either legal or illegal, for your actions should attract a higher sentence as a deterrent for getting wasted and not being in control of your behaviour?

Excellent news

I suppose it's just as well Charlie Gilmour didn't just declare himself a muslim, and then burn the union jack right here on our own soil.
Noone ever seems to get 16 months in prison for that...

In 2004, Otis Ferry broke into parliament during a prohunt protest, causing a security lockdown and significant extra cost to the taxpayer, punishment? £350 fine. Odd that.

She's been banged up, excellent. Quite a harsh sentence to considering the weak or should that be week sentences we have become used to.

I think it's a bit steep, considering the crimes that many people get suspended sentences for. Everybody has had their moment of foolishness and did stupid things in their life they later regret, myself included. Just as a wise man once said - let he who is without sin, cast the first stone.

Well there's always someone or something else to blame isn't there...

Gilmour claimed he had not realised the significance of the memorial - an excuse the judge rejected.
Hopefully a spell in clink will focus this very fortunate young man's mind a little. That's if he can stay off the drink and drugs for any length of time...

I think that these word are what he will be saying now?

Quote:

The Trial (Waters, Bob Ezrin) 5:16

Good morning, Worm your honor.
The crown will plainly show
The prisoner who now stands before you
Was caught red-handed showing feelings
Showing feelings of an almost human nature;
This will not do.
Call the schoolmaster!

I always said he'd come to no good
In the end your honor.
If they'd let me have my way I could
Have flayed him into shape.
But my hands were tied,
The bleeding hearts and artists
Let him get away with murder.
Let me hammer him today?

Crazy,
Toys in the attic I am crazy,
Truly gone fishing.
They must have taken my marbles away.
Crazy, toys in the attic he is crazy.

You little **** you're in it now,
I hope they throw away the key.
You should have talked to me more often
Than you did, but no! You had to go
Your own way, have you broken any
Homes up lately?
Just five minutes, Worm your honor,
Him and Me, alone.

Baaaaaaaaaabe!
Come to mother baby, let me hold you
In my arms.
M'lud I never wanted him to
Get in any trouble.
Why'd he ever have to leave me?
Worm, your honor, let me take him home.

Crazy,
Over the rainbow, I am crazy,
Bars in the window.
There must have been a door there in the wall
When I came in.
Crazy, over the rainbow, he is crazy.

The evidence before the court is
Incontrivertable, there's no need for
The jury to retire.
In all my years of judging
I have never heard before
Of someone more deserving
Of the full penaltie of law.
The way you made them suffer,
Your exquisite wife and mother,
Fills me with the urge to defecate!

"Hey Judge! **** on him!"

Since, my friend, you have revealed your
Deepest fear,
I sentence you to be exposed before
Your peers.
Tear down the wall!
