I voted to strike but UNISON have voted to accept this year's local government pay offer. Just waiting now to see what Unite and GMB members vote.

Just paid my last Mortgage payment of 25 years, it maybe a small Mortgage but it was all I could afford back then, not sure I will notice the extra cash with all the price increases though.

Imagine not over burdening yourself with debt, my other half did the same and will have hers paid off by the end of the month, it's an achievement, something that takes a quarter of a century to achieve is an accomplishment imo :tu:
