They don't and probably don't care as Richard stated above. However if Sky mystery shoppers see it in a commercial premises such as a pub then they know it's from a residential VM feed. They can then pursue the owner of the premises to obtain the commercial licence to show Sky Sports which is when you see the pint glass.

Because I am thinking of getting a 4k tv and Netflix can stream in 4k, was wondering whether the Tivo could stream this through the box but it can't :( thanks for the info spiderplant

Yeah, I wondered what that symbol was. Then again, when I watch Sky Sports online now, I get a square in the bottom right hand side of my screen.

Virgin tivo will have HDMI 1.4 as the standard was created to display 3D signals.

Never going to happen, Sky should be shot for witholding this channel as this channel is been twice in the news with the program for most illegally downloaded program Game Of Thrones...
