NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

You have my sympathies mate. I only have a little on buttered toast but there are times when only that will do.

Just been looking at various lists of high phosphate foods and suggested 'alternatives' - it doesn't make easy reading does it. :erm:

Well no, but looking on the bright side they do tell me I can have what I want when I'm on the dialyses machine so every cloud and all that :)

I got even more appointments for next week in the post today - in all four days the hospital is open and four separate appointments next Friday.

I am busier now than when I was working.

Oh and I caught a cold which is turning nasty so I'm not even sure I'll get home tomorrow when I've been to clinic.

Well that's some comfort I suppose - gonna have a Marmite fest are you? ;)

Sympathies on all the hospital visits - we have several coming up (starting tomorrow) for Osem Jnr #2 and I've still got some investigations pending which I'm not looking forward to. C'est la vie eh?...

Anyway, best of luck as always Dilli . :tu:

There's also some on-line breaker networks like 247spares that will mail order the parts.

Great for things like headlamps that are just silly prices at the dealers.

Now I know I need new reading glasses. I read that as your Rat having a sticky bottom. I realise that I read it wrong but the mental image won't go away. :D

Thank you everybody for your kind wishes.

Take Care De ;)

A right pain, but at least with a Ford it's easy to find new or refurbished parts when you need them.

Luton airports short stay car park!!!

What is really amounts to is hardly any free spaces, it took me 20 mins to get a space and that was pure luck as i saw someone going to their car, an area full of gravel and pot holes where you frequently have to back right down the lanes again as they're often blocked off.
