Sorry den, that sucks. I really cannot understand why, if there is a God, decent people get all the crap kicked at them and the vile **** on this Earth get away with a cushy life in jail. Not fair at all.

Sadly life can be pretty tough sometimes for many of us but it does have its special moments though from time to time and that makes it well worth staying alive in my book.

I agree Den. I know it may sound trite but it has been the truly bad times I have had that have made me appreciate all the good things that have happened, and are still happening in my life.

Before I was ill I tended to coast along not really seeing how lucky I have been. Now I try to take one day at a time and snatch any morsel of enjoyment I can get my hands on. This afternoon I shall make chocolate chip cookies with my grandson, the dust will only look worse if someone writes in it so it can wait to be cleared away another day. :D

The car has just failed the MOT because we need a new steering rack so that's going to be quite a expense sadly.:(

Cars are wonderful when nothing goes wrong with them den but when things do go wrong unfortunately it tends to be rather expensive. Sorry to hear that is the case with your car.

Yes my partner came home and just by looking at her facial expression l thought l don't like this and sadly that proved the case.

Job applications but all being well there'll be a corresponding post in the happy thoughts thread in a week or two.

However, reading through the last couple of pages I feel a fraud for moaning about something so trivial.
