You won't because they won't enable an area for 100Mbit without the original upstream work being done

No because 120Mbit hasn't launched yet anywhere

The highest On Demand retier available is XXL100 which has 5Mbit upload for most people at present (rising to 10Mbit once the mass upgrade in the area is done)

I get up to 10mb upload. I presume that means the work has been done in my area?
