Cold roast beef left over from Sunday with pickles and potato wedges. Wedges made from Maris Pipers with olive oil, red and black pepper and runny honey. Yummy :D

Just had an egg in a bun - squish the the bottom of the bun, break the egg into it, a bit of salt and pepper, pierce the yolk and then into to microwave for a minute. Am not up to eating much today but: yum :)

A tip for students on the go :D

(A "bun" to me might be a roll or cob or batch)
