to people outside of London, everyone in london is a cockney. :D

lived there 2 years so i know a bit about it. Arsenal were actually my local team when i did, so i generally hate them the most having met the most of their fans.

John Henry hath spoken

Suarez is going nowhere

regardless of who the bid comes from

I wonder. It's hard to see them turning down a bid in excess of £50 million, especially if it came from Madrid, given how public Suarez has been about leaving and the accusations he made against the management.

Didn't he say something similar about Torres and then sold him a few days later?

Yep I think he's just reinforcing the asking price. Doesn't make any sense to keep hold of him with such acrimonious goings-on.

i didn't. i said i hated them the most :D

only 2 teams i hate more than Arsenal. Everton and United. to be honest alot of the time I hate Arsenal more than United. just cannot bear them. and would love it if they went out of business oneday. or exploded.

looks like this is over, anyway. John Henry has straight up killed Arsenal tonight.

Not the best, not the worst of the teams we could have got. Still not especially easy but then neither was Udinese. Bizarrely they could get kicked out after the game anyway.

Yes l think they will get through but they need to sign a few more players because so far all they have signed is one youngster.

Jay Spearing will be pointing at stuff on the pitch in Bolton next season. We all reckon he was just marking litter for the ground staff to pick up at half time.

Seems that the fee is undisclosed but rumoured to be 10 kit-kats and a motoring atlas ...and a blues cd on the Hallmark label (that's got to be good)
