Thats what i thought, but now they are trying to say that upgrading to tivo will change the deal, and it should be £111.50:mad:

Ah ok, I get what you are saying now.
TBH I'm trying to get some clarification over the VIP with TiVo pricing as it's as simple as I was expecting. Should hopefully have a better idea what is what next week |

I recently became a VIP...
Was paying £97, two boxes one STD one V+, XL BB and M phone Now £94 (12 month), two boxes, one HD one V+, XXL BB and XL phone Why is it £3 less with much more, is that legal what they were doing before?! Im not complaining though :D |

Well i am a bit more "hopeful" today about sorting my virgin media out, having emailed Mr Berkett to make a complaint.
Spoke to a nice young lady from his department who listened to my complaint, and said that she would go through all my logs with virgin to help solve the problem. Promised to get back to me today if possible, but would probably be monday. Told her from the off, i dont and never wanted any special disscount, i just wanted to pay the proper price. |

it because contract that come out in post don't have your discount on. so when discount come applied it will be correct price. ppl on fone are correct. your next bill will reflect it. i no for a fact my bill is around 110 pound mark as i have extra feature for home fone which cost more. but when i rang yesterday as i was thinking to downgrade broadband the fella on the fone said it would cost me 25 quid more than being on 50 mb to do so.

I recently downgraded from vip, got rid of sports, movies, talk mobile and talk international. Got told on the phone that new charges would be £60.84pm and that's what was shown on the new contract when it arrived.
I believe the contract should show what you are expecting to pay not some random amount that causes un-needed worry and extra calls into the call centres. |

I believe that if you call at 8am, or as soon after as you can, you tend to get to speak to someone in this country rather than someone on the sub-continent somewhere. Good luck. |
