The only reason they are differentiated is some Sky TV customers cannot receive Sky Broadband which is required for Sky Anytime+ on their platform.

sorry i dont av and never had sky dont know how there systems work but my argument is vm gettingit as part of the vmtv deal wen it came out after the sale. so in theory we can get sky atlantic on that basis and i am certain we will

I've just explained why the '+' exists. The Sky service as a whole is called Anytime. We are getting anything related to Anytime.

We are not getting Sky Atlantic (HD), Sky Sports 3 HD, Sky Sports 4 HD, Sky Sports News HD, Disney Cinemagic HD or Sky Movies Classics HD due to the sale.

Right I have just spoken to somebody who has got sky anytime is downloaded or should i say put on to the sky+ box,and uses the hard drive to store it on,the programmes are selested by sky.
Where has anytime+ is a ondemand service which the user can choose which programmes he/she wishes to down load,So the on demand service wasnt about wen the sale took place,

or am i just getting tiered and confusing myself?

Confusing yourself!?

Please restructure that message if you want an actual response from me.

Sounds like a lot of confused people on here taking rumours and snippets of irrelevant information as solid information.
Anything released will come as part of a press release, we all have to wait and see.

As for Media Boy, he is sometimes handed over inside information from particular individuals, however some of this information forms as part of a non-disclosure. The information that is not under a NDA will be mentioned here.

Although seeing SKY seem to be able to dictate certain terms when selling their channels, and the fact they themselves rate the channel highly, I expect SKY to tell Virgin to add it to the XL package. Can SKY really do this?

I suppose they can put this into the contract if they so wish, but I think VM will want it in XL in any case.
