l saw the diabetic nurse earlier after being diagnosed with it 3 years ago and she has taken me off the tablets as my bloods have shown that l have become pre-diabetic.:)

Plus she did the flu jab today so the appointment l had next week in not needed anymore.

Hope you enjoy it, I'm caravaning this weekend to, in Yarmouth, not my usual bag but you can't always do what you want and have to compromise sometimes I guess

We like Yarmouth as my other parents who have both passed away now lived up there for 15 years as there is plenty to do in the summer up there.

The only thing which was a drag was travelling up there from deepest Devon was that it was a very long tiring trip to get up there.
