Not really a rebrand - on VirginMedia Zee TV was switched from the SD feed to the HD feed - both of which continue on satellite.

All BBC SD Channels on Virgin UK Channels 861 to 865 and BBC Red Button 1 SD on Virgin UK Channel has now been removed.

And Virgin Media has added a following HD Channels:

861. BBC One London HD
862. BBC One Scotland HD
853. BBC One Northern Ireland HD
864. BBC One Wales HD
865. BBC Two HD
991. BBC Red Button 1 HD

NBC News Now HD has now launch on Channel 614.

MTV BASE has been rebranded as MTV 90s.
MTV CLASSIC has been rebranded as MTV 80s.

But Virgin Media UK has also given MTV 80s and MTV 90s new channel numbers.

313. MTV 80s (Was set to be on Virgin UK Channel 316.)
316. MTV 90s (Was set to be on Virgin UK Channel 313.)

Overnight MTV 80s moved back to 316 with MTV 90s moving back to 313. Musical chairs?

Same order as Sky now - MTV 90 then 80s. MTV must want it that way.

Well, they are the channel numbers used on MTV's on screen promos, so you'd think so.

Someone missed something somewhere - I much prefer this new genre format for MTV. Still miss the original MTV Europe.

What Miss most was the way MTV Europe used to display the name of the video being played in the big coloured box. It's a shame this hasn't been brought back for these two new channels.

I saw this on MTV 90's today... not sure if its all the time though. It was great to see, feels like MTV are making an effort on the channels.
