Just a thought. If it is a trial of new speeds and hardware, what effect does this have on bills? Like if you are on the top package and you test a router that delivers a higher speed does that impact on the bills?

No. The test device is usually set up on a completely separate test account, it has no impact on your normal account and, in fact, you can usually plug both devices in at the same time (shh).

I haven't been since Oct 2013. lol.

I do however work for another MObile operator who is getting in to quad play this year :)

I was never able to do this, when i was on the SH2ac trial my SH2 stopped working, i found this out when my SH2ac went pear shaped and i had to get Tech to put my old SH2 back onto my account.

I think the SH2 and SH2ac might have been different as internally they are nearly identical. See what happens with this next one.

Ooh an excuse to spend that £150 to build myself a newer mITX pfSense box! Dual WAN config here we come... maybe. :D
