Imagine getting snubbed by Delph when on the same day your rivals sign Schweinsteiger

Glad he snubbed them, albeit for different reasons I suspect. Sick of English players going there for a bit part role at best.

It is good to see a player that seems to not be motivated by money and instead wants to play consistently. City might struggle with their English quota now...

Very harsh that Den , could be the new start he needs. With sports science , and advanced training methods the way they are is 30 even that old.

You could list a million and one players on here who've been excellent from the age of 30-35.

So Southampton are doing what they would have done last summer had Schneiderlin left by signing Jordy Clasie

Man Utd the likely destination although there is contact from Arsenal where he supposedly wants to end up :(

Although I do think that this player and Ramos are both past their sell by date TBH. :(

What about Otamendi instead of Ramos?

and talking of Spain. Pedro to Chelsea?

Otamendi and several others have got to be better than Evans, or Jones & Smalling for that matter.

John Terry , Carles Puyol , Xavi , Arjen Robben, Ryan Giggs a few that spring to mind. I wasn't only referring to United players.

Evans is on the way out, the others are decent squad players, I expect McNair to keep on improving as well.

Not to Arsenal despite what the papers want to print.

Di Maria edging closer to PSG...

http://rmcsport.bfmtv.com/football/m...ia-901288.html

Man Utd happy to accept €65m-£46/47m, €10m down what they paid RM. Di Maria wants an annual salary of €12.5m-£9m net, PSG offering around €10m-£7.2m.
Kevin De Bruyne is an alternative. Man City and Bayern Munich also interested in Kevin De Bruyne.
