Was the BT sport deal announced as it happened on that fateful morning or was a deal cut before and it was forced to be quiet until a particular date?

What would you all think of a vintage movie channel launching on VM? I've been asked to ask around, can't say more than that for now but it's a major company sending surveys out.

if vm had said "look we can sign at this lesser amount for 3 years on condition we announce it the day before the EPL season starts" Little BT would have thought they could have got a massive amount of new subscribers. VM would have known they'd have got a great deal. worked well for all. I wonder if sky and Vm would ever do that... |

It's in HD Classic films shown in a season with an introduction and docs. I used to love the old moviedromes on BBC2 for that reason (those old enough to remember from the 80s films introduced by Alex Cox) If you are looking to recruit a researcher, I'm available ;) |
