Just saw Romney is 1.4m votes ahead nationally,but then the West Coast states aren't in,so..... this will be very tight,me thinks. :)

We need one of Wisconsin or Iowa plus one of Florida and Ohio to declare for Obama for a projection to be made at 4am. We won't have a projection at 4am.

BTW for state projections I am just using CNN. I have heard some networks calling other states but I prefer to go with the one that's being more conservative...

American's cover their elections very well. They know their country better than we do too. The BBC just tells us stuff we already know.

Minnesota has fallen for Obama. Doesn't change anything.

Make no mistake. Given the economy this is an incredible personal achievement for him. The first election everyone assumed anyone would have won it. This was a race he had no right to win so comfortably.

It's funny,over at City Data Forum all the loud-mouthed Republicans have deserted the Election threads. I guess they're Obummered that Obozo will win! :D
