Then to say people with more money than sense who stump up whatever is asked of them are subsidising people who are prepared to ask the question is propostorous... you all get it cheap yourself's...?? What you may find is what you actually get from it is loyalty, 19 years ive been a cable customer, yes i buy sky sports but get an inferior product to sky customers, yes i buy sky movies and get an inferior product to sky customers, but here i am each month handing over my hard earned... only one other person i work with (and therefor is in my wage bracket) pays for TV, no one else does, i should be congratulated and cherished even if i want a moan every now and again, because i am not buying a product, i am on a rolling rental and as such except the service level of a rental customer... i dont own any of it, why should i pay an upfront fee of £190 when i dont own it, it has no resaleable value to me.

Sorry, I have to disagree. VM are a business, and need to make profits to pay the shareholders, the employees, and to re-invest in the business.

If VM aren't making profit from a customer, that means other customers are subsiding that customer - no thanks, imho.

Has anyone received the exclusive offer mail shot as of yet? Aren't they due out in the post this week? Can any of the regular Virgin employee posters confirm whether the exclusive offers have indeed started to make their way out to us?

Cheers
