Funnily enough, just got an e-mail.... 29th.

Least they seem be including me now.

Mine has changed date..now saying 25th.

Sigh I changed to my work address..so if it does come on 25th..I'm not getting until 27th.

Nice that it's been updated though :) - Mine is still not saying anything, although I notice the main page now says 1 - 2 weeks.

It has shipped already..by Royal Mail

Supersaver delivery. I think at quickest, it takes 4 days..so if lucky..Friday.

Ordered on 31 August..so that should let others gauge timings. Though it might be quicker, I think I was held up due to getting stock in..I think it has got very popular. Maybe due to websites like this one :D

Theoretically, if you disable the 3G & WiFi - but you can bet many flight attendants will play 'rather safe than sorry' & ask you to turn it off.

generally they say anything that has an 'off' switch should be switched off.

True - which keeps it simple, I suppose, in that they don't have to have a spec sheet for every device on the planet ..
