A self made pizza using a roll of puff pastry, tomato puree, sliced tomatoes, barbecue chicken and mozzarella cheese baked for 15 minutes, delicious very light and inexpensive.:)

okay if anybody needs dessert ideas sainsbury's have a really nice chocolate and salt caramel cake it has a kind of mousse on top with in the middle a layer of the caramel its very good you can find it in the chill section and its only 5 quid

It helps having relatives up there for ready supplies of black pudding, scallops, salmon etc.

Of course if you don't have relatives up here there are alternatives.

Yeah they're proper nasty, like a tasteless goo. I've had them before and they were ok so they seem to have changed the supplier. I'll stick to the Muller and Nom ones in future.

Tesco seem to be going the same way so after many years of faithful onlinegrocery shopping and friendly feedback I chose Asda to be my new suppliers this week.

Moan is... stroppy, 'young' 20 yr-old who can't look after 2 goldfish but wants a 'kitten' (surely soon to be a 'cat' ???!) - (nothing against cats so long as they don't have fleas that poo and then give me asthma or itchy eyes at best)
and turns down work! Has a great little car that people try to steal but he can't afford to run. Not Happy. :rolleyes:

Last night I grilled some muffins, friend some mushrooms and tomatoes with spring onions and salt and pepper.
Then pour the fried muchrooms and tomatoes over the open muffins and sprinkle the top with blue cheese such a stilton.
Put under the grill to melt.
