That's how it appears to me, though I guess with VM anything can happen :D

Almost tempts me to keep my VM service for a few more years now, knowing well enough once I disconnect my VMNG300 it's going to be tough getting it reconnected ever again.

But they'd have to offer a really good retentials deal and just couldn't be bothered.

Try them, they have given me great deals to stay with them.

Like I said in another thread, I'm now on 8 downstream channels, 1 up. Still on 30Mb, my area (Aylesbury) is due to be upgraded April-July. My power levels were high, but have dropped significantly since Tuesday morning, dropping from 8 dBmV to around 2.5. Not sure if its a coincidence, but a virgin engineer was working on the green cabinet 20 yards from my house.

Can you post your old pre 8 channel monitor graph next to the new 1 please for comparison?

Don't have one I'm afraid, just set up the quality test a few of days ago. The superhub definitely wasn't downloading on 8 channels when I set it up last year.

This graph was before the virgin engineer was working on the green cabinet yesterday and powered it off.

Well if you haven't cancelled yet, just call retentions, and tell them you want to leave. They should come up with a better deal then (especially if you say you are going to Sky or BT).

I got a feeling the work in my area was done today and they have bodged it up.

12.30am was huge packetloss on udp and all tcp packets were been dropped, I went bed and turned modem off.

Today its down completely and awaiting fix.

When they did the speed uplift work I had several hours downtime during peak in the evening so it wouldnt surprise me if this is another bodge up job.

As I said before, I've already cancelled. They did not bother coming up with a better deal.

31st March. Which was the latest day I was supposed to upload upgrades after the third delay.

You will most likely get a phone call nearer your cancellation day with some pretty sweet offers to stay, I did and it was very tempting but unfortunately for VM, I'd already sold my soul to the devil.

Given your testing of the superhub, it might be worth staying for a couple of free month's possibly.
