Yet another cup of coffee.
I need to stop drinking so many cups in the evening though as i`m sick of waking up in the wee small hours bursting for the loo.The bladders not what it once was me thinks.:erm:

A 3 litre box of Stowells Spanish Tempranillo - a little bit 'thin' & acidic compared to some of the fruity new world reds, but hey, it cost £3.64 for the whole box, so who am I to complain ;)
