Again little point in complaining here as any feedback will basically be ignored otherwise can anyone explain why we still have offshore support, now do not expect to get an answer as the official line is to ignore that kind of question. |
Re: TV price rises
Just got our letter - increase of £2.84 a month.
Cheers Grim |

Re: TV price rises
My parents had their letter £5.34 increase , they were told over the phone that a pound of the increase was their TIVO fee (they currently pay £3)

Re: TV price rises
You must be mistaken, Muppetman, Virgin only charge bundle prices and any increase is on the package as a whole, rather than attributable to any one service. Apparently.
Transparency, that's all I want-then I'll be alright, Jack. Being told one thing whilst other customers are told different I can do without. |

Re: TV price rises
Just do what I did and upgrade before you get the price rise and then you are able to negotiate again

Re: TV price rises
Just received my increase email - £4.59p a month.
That's on top of £5.25p last April and £3.25p in August for the Sky increase. Total increase in 10 months is £13.09p !! I'm on the 'old' VIP50 package (V+HD and VHD) - no Tivo. Seriously thinking of cancelling as that's a ridiculous increase in less than 12 months. |
