Snakes On A Plane 6.5/10

Ok, but not one of Samuel L Jacksons' better performances. some decent one liners, and some decent looking women in it. :naughty:

Borat 8.5/10

My jowels have just about stopped aching, I've not laughed as much about a film in many a moon. :D

sorry but I cannot stand the actor who plays Borat, I'ld rather look at the sun with a pair of binoculars than see any of his films.

Thursday night I saw 'SAW II' excellent film, didn't the the twists

The Number 23: Excellent cast let down by bad writing.

4 out of 10.

Borat - saw it last night, very funny in many places, but omg so cringeworthy a couple of times as he really puts his foot in it! ;) 8/10

I love the Saw films. I could watch them again and again! 1) 10/10, :disturbd: 2) 9/10 ;) , 3) 8/10 I have to cover my eyes a few times in the third one though

The Illusionist 9/10

Very cleverly done story with beautiful cinematography. Can't say too much more (without spoiling the ending) but well worth a watch if you like period mysteries. :D

Also liked Ghost Rider 8/10 good effects and comic book translation without looking plastic and tacky like the Bat Man and Superman films.

I purchased a second-hand copy of Bridget Jones's Diary from Help The Aged last week. Mrs A thought it was "okay" but, of course, I thought it was a load of rubbish. what a waste of £2.99! The heavy nods towards Pride and Prejudice try to give the thing far more weight than the weak script commands.

About a Boy is a zillion times better.

- Prestige -

Interesting film, quite different subject from your typical everyday films, focussing around the world of magic.
Fear not, this is not a children's movie. This is set in the early 1900's and explores the world of magic and what the greatest magic trick can ever be.
Lot's of twists and a good film overall :tu:

The Prestige -9/10. A really good film. Can't say much about it, without spoiling it for anyone.
