i just had a phone call from virgin to discuss an email i sent last week, asked about when i should receive my email to order tivo and was told i should get it in the nexr few weeksso i asked if i can order on the phone as i registered in december and was told they dont do orders for tivo on phone, lol what a company :D, i dont mind waiting a few weeks, id just like to be told :)

That causes major problems for me as I am a freelance designer who has a pile of work the week after Easter. Had really hoped to get an installation date next week when things were quieter, but due to very poor service on the telephones, they wouldn't let me order despite me being an authorised user on my husband's account. :mad: Have been patient through all of this, but now I'm not happy. |

Ordered on the phone yesterday. Should I receive anything to confirm like an email or is that just specific to the online order being sent out in emails, or is it just a case of waiting to Saturday for the engineer to turn up as it is all on VMs scheduling systems anyway!
