No it isn't, utd broke transfer record after transfer record when they hadn't won the league for decades. I don't have any problem with sugar daddies providing they have their own cash and aren't the children of gun runners, its just about the only way a club will break into the champions league clique.

You really think a team's only source of income is from winning the league?

I think it will be a marvellous advert for football and tolerance, featuring the whole stadium linking arms singing Auld Lang Syne. :)

The media are demanding all United fans cry during the minutes silence to show real solidarity and for Evra and Suarez to hug it out before kick off...

i don't think that was a red card offence, poor show by ref, buckling to Man Utd players pressure

Diving in, studs showing. Its a miracle Jonny Evans didn't get his leg broken there. Red card all day long.

Strange as the Sky sports presenters said Evans showed his studs just as much and said he should have gone as well..

I thought it was only at Old Trafford that United can get other players sent off?

Anyway, Jonjo Shelvey will now get a 3-match ban. He'll miss West Brom, Norwich and Stoke. All 3 clubs have appealed to get the ban overturned.
