WOW is that one big plane prop plane, made me feel very small. Spectacular homecoming flyby though. :)

I heard it but was stuck in a conference call so missed it :sulk:

Really clear skies too so would have been a great photo opp

It actually flew in to Prestwick on Wednesday night (as per plane spotters thread) to pick up an engine part bound for Helsinki then back out to Manchester today to pick up a heavy load for Cuba via Gander in Canada.

...btw that thing usually has a crew of 4 to fly it!

Marmite and toast! I knew there was a good reason for getting admitted again :)

Enjoy Dilli - are you allowed butter? Not the same without it. Hope it's a short stay.

It comes with butter - although this mornings toast looks like it was done in a nuclear reactor!

Marmite toast without the real thing isn't worth having IMHO. Pity about all the carbon - maybe you should show the catering staff this:

I've just bought a bottle of Chase Potato Vodka, which works out to £60 a litre, nearly 3 time the price of standard Grain Vodka :O

What is so special about that particular vodka?

Store itself was great, but when you have to be part of a 2 person team going back and recounting stuff that someone else did on 1 tag instead of on 5 like she should have done, then you get why I was a bit peeved by the end.

You've only got to Google Vodka blind tasting test to see that it isn't worth paying over the odds for vodka. If you're willing to pay out over the odds then you might as well get a decent single malt and get a better tasting experience from it. Brands like Grey Goose never come out anywhere near the top and yet people fall for the marketing.
