Apparently there are Portugese Duoro wines which reach 16-17% without fortification. That extra couple of percent is the difference between a strong coffee in the morning or a couple of paracetamol ;)

Well I've fed and watered the budgies (outdoors), and bought the paper, now settling down with my second cup of instant.:):)
