No areas have officially had the 10Mb upgrade yet. Your local broadband router has merely spacked out. Normal service will resume shortly. ;)

I completely dissagree with the caps.....If you are going to have any cap at all then you may aswell get the lowest cap service, whether you have a 5GB a month cap or 75 GB a month cap its all the same. Im just gonna get the lowest cap service for the cheapest if they insist on putting the caps on.

The thing is, caps make sense if implemented correctly. By correct implementation, I mean that the hours of at least 1am-6am should be uncapped on all users' services.
