Going to get some reflexology and a Indian massage today. I totally love it you come away feeling totally relaxed, it's amazing and worth every penny :)

If it makes you feel better weenie then that is the main thing.

Well den today went so good I actually fell asleep during the reflexology treatment as it was just so relaxing.

I do think I will keep going every fortnight as part of my self care plan :) and I would recommend reflexology to anyone as honestly I get the best nights sleep ever after I have had a treatment. I don't think I will get the Indian head massage again although it was nice just not for me.

Get more than 1 alarm, i have a clock radio and then a mobile alarm which goes off 5mins later, as i often turn off the radio and i cant even remember hearing it go off sometimes.

Falling asleep is taken as a real compliment by people in that field, glad you enjoyed it so much :tu:

Wow I did not know that TD but when I apologised to Jan she did say that it happens quite a lot. Then Jan went on to say that my body went into it's healing and relaxation state and that is the main reason I fell asleep.

Got up today OK, went to Crawley for work, spent 2 hours on the M25 coming home via Heathrow. Gotta be back at the office for 5 in the morning to go to Great Yarmouth. Yay!

As CF members know my eldest son is doing the Great Scottish Run to raise funds for Marie Curie. I thought I would give you all a update from his Just Giving page as he has now raised £670.00.

I would like once again to say a huge thank to everyone who has helped him achieve this outstanding amount for such a wonderful cause these donations will help Marie Curie provides families with the wonderful care and services they provide in the UK.

Donation summary:
Total raised £670.00 + £73.75 Gift Aid
£670.00 raised of £400
target by 32 supporters

I would also like to say how proud I am of my son, he has turned out to be an outstanding young man and as a Mother I could not be more prouder of him even if I tried.
