Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
Well den today went so good I actually fell asleep during the reflexology treatment as it was just so relaxing.
I do think I will keep going every fortnight as part of my self care plan :) and I would recommend reflexology to anyone as honestly I get the best nights sleep ever after I have had a treatment. I don't think I will get the Indian head massage again although it was nice just not for me. |

Well, if I can wake myself up tomorrow morning I will be working with my favourite manager for 2 days running. Meant to be working this morning but I slept through my alarm. Tut tut.

Got up today OK, went to Crawley for work, spent 2 hours on the M25 coming home via Heathrow. Gotta be back at the office for 5 in the morning to go to Great Yarmouth. Yay!

Re: The Happy Thought Thread Part 4
As CF members know my eldest son is doing the Great Scottish Run to raise funds for Marie Curie. I thought I would give you all a update from his Just Giving page as he has now raised £670.00.
I would like once again to say a huge thank to everyone who has helped him achieve this outstanding amount for such a wonderful cause these donations will help Marie Curie provides families with the wonderful care and services they provide in the UK. Donation summary: Total raised £670.00 + £73.75 Gift Aid £670.00 raised of £400 target by 32 supporters I would also like to say how proud I am of my son, he has turned out to be an outstanding young man and as a Mother I could not be more prouder of him even if I tried. |
